La posizione
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows that power the GTM organization.
Own the operational data layer that supports core GTM metrics, dashboards, and automation workflows.
Develop robust data models in dbt (or similar tools) to transform raw data into clean, reliable datasets used across teams.
Partner with internal stakeholders to define and implement business logic that improves data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systems.
Manage and optimize ETL processes to integrate data from multiple internal and external sources into centralized repositories.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify data needs, define metrics, and enable self-service analytics.
