La posizione
Full-time, on-site Paralegal / Case Manager focused on automation-driven collections and enforcement.
Own matters from intake through completion, maintain clean records, and ensure deadlines and workflows stay on track.
Open and organize new matters (intake, file setup, document management) and manage routine litigation and enforcement documents using streamlined internal tools.
Communicate and negotiate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel while keeping all stakeholders aligned.
Require detail-oriented reliability, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to handle high-volume work without slips.
Experience in collections or litigation is preferred; MCA experience is a plus.
