Governance & Delegated Audit Technician

The Governance & Delegated Audit Technician supports the first line oversight of product and underwriting governance processes across the business. The role involves participating in product reviews, conducting conduct risk assessments, and analysing MI data to present insights for governance groups. The technician provides governance support to internal teams and third-party partners, ensuring compliance with assurance breach processes and delegated audit procedures. Key duties include managing review processes, datasheet manipulation, report generation, and invoice handling, requiring effective communication and Microsoft Excel skills. The role entails technical analysis, process oversight, and supporting regulatory and technical advice delivery to management.
