La posizione
Serve as the 24x7 frontline support for EMS-related systems and applications, ensuring availability and performance.
Act as the primary liaison between customers, technical teams, and management.
Monitor SCADA and related systems, provide diagnostics, and coordinate repairs with EMS personnel.
Notify customers of outages or maintenance windows and document actions in case logs.
Follow Change Management processes and support BC/DR activities while ensuring CIP, SOX, and other regulatory requirements.
Work rotating 8- or 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while delivering strong customer service.
