The role involves leading onboarding experiences to facilitate smooth integration, fostering strong professional relationships, and supporting career growth through regular feedback and coaching. The ADM collaborates with practice and leadership teams to ensure optimal resource allocation, career progression support, and effective performance management. They also play a key role in strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, and training initiatives, utilising data insights to enhance talent development. The position requires excellent interpersonal skills, data literacy, and experience with legal staffing practices, with periodic travel expected.
