Senior Machine Learning Engineer - AI Platform Enablement (ANZ remote)

This role combines solution expertise with platform engineering to accelerate GenAI capabilities within a fast-paced environment. You will act as a trusted partner to product teams, guiding them through ML evaluations, training, inference, data pipelines, quality, and optimization. Develop blueprints, patterns, and paved roads to enable other teams to follow proven approaches and ship reliable AI features faster. Debug and resolve complex issues, identify root causes, and share learnings broadly across the organization. Balance hands-on problem solving with strategic thinking about scaling enablement impact across the company. The role is remote-friendly for Australia and New Zealand and requires strong communication to work effectively with researchers, data scientists, and product teams.
