Senior ML Engineer - ML Ops Framework

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable ML frameworks and tooling to enable ML experimentation, training, validation, and deployment. Build and enhance cloud tooling (Terraform, AWS Managed Services, EKS, Ray) and data ops (Parquet processing with PyArrow, Daft, Pandas; vector databases like LanceDB; MCAP/ROS). Drive the ML development pipeline using Python, Ray, PyTorch, Lightning, and Gymnasium, with a focus on reproducibility and performance. Implement and evolve logging, aggregation, experiment tracking, and a robust model registry & lineage system, along with visualization and dashboarding (Tableau, Rerun). Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, promote best practices, and ensure the platform scales; advocate for Ray usage and stay current with open-source ML tooling. Ideal: familiarity with model optimizations/compression for edge deployment. Strong English communication is required for collaboration with international teams and documentation.
