A qualified plumber or pipefitter is required for a new build care home project in Aberdeen, with duties including 1st and 2nd fix copper pipework and iron heating systems. The role involves working on a construction site for approximately 10-12 months, with expected skills in plumbing and pipefitting, alongside technical knowledge of heating systems. Candidates should hold a CSCS or JIB card, possess appropriate PPE, and demonstrate eligibility to work in the UK. The position offers a pay rate of £25 per hour, paid weekly, with candidates ideally living within an hour's radius of Banchory. Applicants must have no criminal convictions and valid UK right to work documents or a passport.
