La posizione
Support the onboarding of 1,400 new suppliers across five entities and four countries, aligning with GBS operations for indirect goods and services.
Handle supplier and GBS inquiries by prioritizing urgency, resolving where possible, and routing escalations while maintaining a responsible-party directory.
Track inquiry flow, ensure timely resolution, and provide daily/weekly reporting on total inquiries, resolved, and in-process.
Collaborate with GBS central operations (Budapest and/or the United States) to enable accurate supplier setups and procurement transactions.
Adhere to SOPs, deliver customer-focused service to suppliers and end-users, and use MS Office tools for documentation and reporting.
This 6-month contract role requires strong English (Spanish a plus), problem-solving, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
