La posizione
Develop and manage long-term, strategic relationships with key customers to drive sustainable growth in air and ocean freight forwarding, 3PL, and warehousing solutions.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities, creating tailored proposals and engagement plans to win new accounts and expand existing ones.
Lead end-to-end sales activities, including pricing, terms, contracts, quotes, and customer onboarding and implementation.
Deliver formal presentations, coordinate cross-functional resources, and translate market insights into actionable business plans.
Maintain accurate account activity and performance data in the CRM, collaborate with marketing and corporate sales teams, and provide regular reports.
Travel regionally (up to 25%), demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
