Machine Learning Engineering Manager (m/f/d)

Lead and scale a Machine Learning Engineering team that partners with data scientists to transform models into production-grade ML applications on the central MLOps platform.
Establish ML Engineering standards by defining best practices, design patterns, and quality benchmarks to enable scalable, maintainable ML solutions.
Drive technical strategy and architecture across data science, MLOps, and engineering teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and communicating designs to technology leadership.
Bridge platform and practice by translating MLOps capabilities into practical guidance for data science teams while feeding ML engineering requirements back to the MLOps platform team.
Foster collaboration and excellence by building strong cross-functional relationships, mentoring engineers, and promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Provide hands-on involvement as needed—review architectures, guide critical technical decisions, and contribute to key implementations to ensure robust production deployments.
