Lead day-to-day finance and operations for a nonprofit organization focused on student success.
Oversee accounts payable/receivable, credit card reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and cash flow projections.
Coordinate with the external accounting firm to prepare monthly financial statements and support annual audit activities.
Manage HR/payroll filings, vendor relationships, grant reporting, and compliance with tax filings.
Assist with annual budgeting, revenue and expense forecasting, and quarterly budget-to-actual reporting; maintain audit-ready records.
Oversee office operations and vendor services in a hybrid work environment, with occasional evenings to support programs.
