Human Resources Manager – Wellingborough

A Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR functions within a fast-paced manufacturing setting in Wellingborough. The role involves managing the full employee lifecycle, providing expert advice on employee relations, and supporting payroll and benefits processes. The individual will develop HR policies, lead engagement initiatives, and ensure compliance with employment law and GDPR regulations. Coordination of training and development, as well as producing HR reports and KPIs for senior management, is expected. The position requires strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with prior HR management experience preferred. Knowledge of UK employment law and experience in manufacturing or engineering will be advantageous.
