La posizione
Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders to align sourcing with business goals.
Lead assigned sourcing initiatives (strategic and tactical) across varying scope and complexity in outsourcing categories.
Manage tender processes (RFPs, RFIs, e-auctions) and supplier evaluations within cross-functional teams.
Translate complex business needs into effective sourcing strategies, deal structures, pricing models, and business cases.
Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to achieve optimal outcomes and draft/review contractual documents for compliance.
Monitor supplier performance, contribute to category strategies and market intelligence, and ensure data quality and process adherence.
