The Office Manager provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Site Manager in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include processing payables and receivables, maintaining payroll and timekeeping records, and reviewing daily timesheets.
Oversee timekeeping systems, input data, balance timesheets, and generate weekly and monthly reports.
Research and resolve reconciliation discrepancies between internal systems and customer records while ensuring invoice accuracy and approvals.
Manage confidentiality, handle unemployment and employment verification requests, and coordinate expense claims with vendors.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, with flexibility for overtime when operational needs arise.
