Data Scientist 5 - Promotional Media

You will build models to predict the performance of promotional assets and estimate their contribution to content engagement and revenue. You will design and analyze experiments and causal inference methodologies to identify key drivers of positive member outcomes attributed to promotional assets. You will develop innovative statistical, mathematical, and machine learning methods to solve novel problems and share your work internally and externally. You will partner with cross-functional teams to guide asset creation and deployment, aligning metrics and models with business goals. You will serve as a technical leader and mentor for data scientists and analytics engineers. You will thrive in ambiguous problem spaces, own projects with minimal oversight, and communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
