Industrial Engineer - Assembly

The Industrial Engineer - Assembly will be responsible for optimizing direct/indirect labor and activities affecting line speed and workstation efficiency. Utilize lean concepts to identify and eliminate waste, perform time and motion studies, and support cycle checks, change control, and line balancing. Collaborate on workstation assignments and process improvements to improve overall throughput. Assist the IE manager and IE supervisor with technical services to maintain lean manufacturing and optimal manning levels. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement standard work and continual improvement initiatives. Monitor performance and provide data-driven recommendations to sustain lean operations and staffing efficiency.
