Senior Estimator – Construction & Groundworks

The Senior Construction Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for groundworks and civil engineering projects across the South-West. The role involves collaborative work with pre-construction, commercial, operational, and supply chain teams, managing the tendering process from initial enquiry to final submission. Candidates need a minimum of five years' experience in construction estimation, with strong financial, negotiation, and leadership skills. The position requires technical knowledge in preparing tenders, risk assessments, and cost analysis, using company software for detailed pricing. S/he will oversee complex tenders, mentor junior estimators, and contribute to business growth strategies. The role is based in Bristol at the head office, working on projects across the region.
