Lead high-value technology and procurement contract negotiations, aligning legal strategy with commercial objectives across complex infrastructure initiatives.
Provide strategically focused legal advice to senior stakeholders on technology, supplier and commercial agreements.
Manage contractual risk and governance for technology and infrastructure projects in a regulated environment.
Partner with procurement and supply chain teams on strategic initiatives and supplier negotiations.
Demonstrate 5+ years' PQE in commercial contracts with strong technology expertise and excellent stakeholder management.
Hybrid working available; salary up to £85,000 plus car allowance and bonus, based in Greater Manchester.
