This front-desk role centers on delivering warm, professional guest experiences in a fast-paced salon setting.
Greet clients, manage the reservation system, and coordinate flow between clients and stylists to maximize efficiency.
Record client information accurately, schedule appointments, and communicate updates to the team in a timely manner.
Handle cash, process payments, and maintain integrity of tips and commissions while balancing the cash drawer.
Maintain cleanliness and order, assist stylists as needed, and contribute to a positive shop atmosphere.
Qualifications include strong communication, multitasking, a high school diploma, and experience with POS and reservation systems.
