A factory worker position in Lancing involves supporting production, warehouse, and stores teams with daily operational tasks. The role includes picking, packing, and preparing materials, checking deliveries, and moving stock safely around the site. Candidates will assist with loading, unloading, and maintaining organised stock within the stores area, as well as supporting other production activities. This physically active role requires a proactive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work in a team environment. A full UK driving licence is essential, with a forklift licence highly desirable. Immediate availability is necessary as interview arrangements are early next week, with potential for the role to become permanent.
