La posizione
The Manufacturing & Assembly Technician ensures smooth operation of the manufacturing facility by performing technical manufacturing and assembly tasks with a focus on Safety, Quality, and Engineering initiatives.
Duties include maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production machinery; preventive maintenance programs; and monitoring inventory of parts and supplies for the Assembly Department.
Provides technical support to supervisors, leads, and assemblers, aids in installation and commissioning of new equipment, and collaborates with Engineering and Quality Assurance teams.
Documents findings and results using GDP and GMP practices, manages equipment assessments, and verifies Bills of Materials and drawings in the ERP system.
Diagnoses and tests medical devices using SOPs and service manuals, implements product improvements, and coordinates with external machine builders and suppliers as needed.
Ensures safe handling of compressed gas tanks, contributes to building maintenance as required, and maintains accurate maintenance logs and documentation.
