Senior Pharmacist – Wolverhampton

The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Senior Pharmacist to join its Antimicrobial Stewardship team, incorporating academic duties with the University of Birmingham. This role involves delivering advanced clinical pharmacy services, working as an independent prescriber, and leading antibiotic optimisation for complex, acutely unwell patients. Candidates will contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, supervise students, and support clinical placements within the academic environment. Responsibilities include providing expert advice on antimicrobial use, supporting trust policy reviews, and attending AMS ward rounds to ensure best practices.
