La posizione
Lead moderately complex backend initiatives within a Java ecosystem.
Design, code, test, debug, and document services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
Develop messaging solutions with JMS and Kafka (Confluent Platform); manage MongoDB data stores.
Collaborate with peers and managers, lead projects, and mentor less experienced engineers.
Apply secure DevOps practices and automate deployments to cloud environments; implement test automation and observability.
Banking/payments domain knowledge (ISO messages) is a plus; strong communication and Agile experience preferred.
