They will manage all employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, training, and performance evaluations, while ensuring legal compliance and supporting employee relations issues. The role demands a strong generalist background and experience in a comparable operational environment, such as manufacturing or engineering. The successful candidate will also lead engagement initiatives, handle organisational change, andsupport HR metrics analysis for strategic decision-making. They should be confident influencing stakeholders at all levels and possess relevant CIPD qualifications or be working towards them.
