Lead and grow a high-performing team of ML scientists, data scientists, and analytics engineers focused on ads DSE, media planning, and recommendations.
Build and own cross-functional partnerships with Product, Engineering, Consumer Insights, Content, and Strategy to translate business goals into ML solutions.
Foster an inclusive, innovative, and collaborative culture across the team and the broader organization.
Develop a team charter and a roadmap that aligns with evolving business needs and optimizes impact in a 0–1 space.
Serve as an ambassador between Product, Engineering, Strategy, and DSE with deep, actionable knowledge of how the Ads product works.
Ensure the team consistently delivers trustworthy, high-quality outputs that influence business decisions and drive outcomes.
