Senior/Staff Data Engineer (Fintech team) (Bangkok based, relocation provided)

Own the full lifecycle of fintech data products—from business requirements and technology selection to CI/CD, testing, and monitoring—in a Bangkok-based role with relocation support.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data platforms and pipelines across fintech domains, improving scalability, stability, and efficiency.
Build high-quality code and mentor teammates to raise engineering standards while collaborating with finance, product, and other teams.
Lead data transformation, metadata management, dependency and workload orchestration, and data governance to support audits and governance needs.
Deep-dive into data issues, perform root cause analysis, optimize Spark-based pipelines, and manage complex data sets and DB schemas for performance.
Contribute to Agile processes, own delivery, and help attract top talent to the fintech data engineering function.
