La posizione
Lead planning and execution of fundraising events and campaigns, including signature breakfasts and colloquium.
Develop and manage event timelines, logistics, and staff/volunteer assignments; coordinate with the Events Committee.
Engage board members and stakeholders, personalize invitations, and shape speakers/themes with the Development leadership.
Oversee sponsorships, registrations, seating, silent auctions, and revenue tracking within budgets; maintain vendor relationships.
Collaborate with communications to produce materials from save-the-date to post-event recap; manage event day scripts and collateral.
Operate in a hybrid role (partial remote) at 20 hours/week, reporting to the Director of Development and External Relations; evenings/weekends may be required.
