A NEC Project Manager is sought to oversee infrastructure and rail projects in Birmingham, managing NEC3 and NEC4 contracts, and ensuring programme, cost, and quality standards are met. They will coordinate project activities from inception to completion, including design, procurement, and handover, while managing stakeholder communication and risk assessments. The role requires strong organisational skills, experience in construction or infrastructure projects, and knowledge of NEC contract frameworks. The successful candidate must have relevant qualifications and preferably hold or be working towards professional memberships such as APM or MCIOB. This position involves office-based work with occasional site visits, providing opportunities for career progression and involvement in high-profile public-sector projects.
