Senior Data Scientist

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of ML and GenAI solutions that deliver measurable business impact across marketing, product, and customer experiences. You’ll own end-to-end data work—from ingestion and transformation to model orchestration and real-time activation—enabling adaptive, insight-driven experiences at scale. You will partner with UX leads, data scientists, and creative technologists to bridge data engineering, applied ML, and emerging agentic workflows, while setting standards for scalable, resilient, and governed pipelines. You will architect AI-driven systems on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure), and operationalize predictive models and recommender systems in cloud-native data ecosystems (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) with robust governance and observability. You will design GenAI architectures using APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic) and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex, integrating them into production-grade workflows and ensuring reproducibility and security. You will mentor cross-disciplinary teams, translate complex analyses into clear narratives for technical and non-technical stakeholders, and lead experimental frameworks (A/B, multivariate, or causal) to measure impact and guide optimization.
