Civil Engineer

A well-known client is expanding its presence in Midlands and seeks a Civil Engineer to support design and delivery of infrastructure projects across various sectors. The role involves producing designs, drawings, and calculations for drainage, highways, earthworks, and infrastructure. It includes preparing technical reports and supporting planning submissions such as Section 38/104/278 applications, using industry-standard software like Civil 3D, MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage, and AutoCAD. Collaboration with clients, contractors, local authorities, and multidisciplinary teams forms a core part of the responsibilities. The position requires working towards professional accreditation and ensures high technical standards in project delivery, fostering a positive team environment. The candidate should hold a degree in Civil Engineering, have some consultancy experience, and possess a strong understanding of UK standards and approval processes.
