Customer Service Assistant – Cardiff

A busy computer repair company based inside Cardiff Students’ Union seeks a customer service assistant to handle booking repairs for phones, laptops, and other devices. The role involves providing excellent customer service to students and staff, handling enquiries, explaining services, and upselling where suitable. The role requires handling records of jobs and payments accurately while maintaining a confident and organised approach. Candidates should have at least one year of customer service experience and be confident communicators with good people skills. Technical knowledge is advantageous, but full training will be provided. The position offers flexible, part-time hours and hourly pay with commission opportunities in a lively student environment.
