This role involves leading system upgrades, process improvements, data management, and reporting to support decision-making. Collaboration with HR, IT, and Finance teams is essential to optimise workflows, ensure data security, and maintain compliance with legal and regulatory standards. The specialist acts as a technical expert, providing user support and training, while driving system enhancements and integrations with external vendors. Strong analytical skills, experience with HRIS, and knowledge of GDPR and employment law are required to succeed.
