Data Analyst Intern (TikTok Shop AMS Data Science) - 2026 Summer (BS/MS)

This 12-week internship sits within the Global e-commerce Data Science team and focuses on solving operational challenges for creators and merchants in e-commerce transactions.
You will develop metrics and dashboards to measure business performance and enable data-driven decision making.
You will identify trends and patterns, and attribute metric movements to specific drivers.
You will translate findings into actionable insights to accelerate growth and improve operational efficiency.
Minimum qualifications include pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in quantitative fields, a proactive, self-driven, and impact-driven mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional environment; a 12-week full-time commitment is required.
Preferred qualifications include proficiency in SQL and a leading data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau) and prior ecommerce or online marketplace experience.
