La posizione
Provides routine and complex perioperative nursing care in a CVOR setting, working independently to manage patient care plans.
Applies the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation—to address patient and family needs.
Administers medications and treatments per protocol, monitors effectiveness and adverse effects, and documents histories and care provided.
Assesses learning needs and delivers education to patients, families, and caregivers while addressing psychological, emotional, cultural, and social factors.
Delegates tasks appropriately to members of the care team to manage clinical situations and ensure safe, high-quality care.
Requires BLS, RN license in the state of employment or compact, BSN preferred, and at least one year of related experience; part-time schedule 10 AM–7 PM.
