IAM Consultant

An IAM Consultant supports and implements complex identity governance and administration solutions using platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, and Okta. They work directly with clients to understand their challenges and deliver practical, high-impact identity solutions. The role requires building deep expertise in at least one leading IGA tool and contributing to multi-platform delivery environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Technical skills include experience with access control, SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, and cloud identity platforms like Azure AD and AWS IAM. Candidates should demonstrate extensive IAM/security architecture experience and may possess certifications like CISSP or CISM. Knowledge of regulations such as GDPR, SOX, or HIPAA is advantageous.
