The role involves delivering immersive workouts, acting as an ambassador for Barry’s, and adapting to a flexible schedule including evenings, mornings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must hold relevant instructor or personal trainer certifications and have strong interpersonal skills to inspire and energise clients. Physical fitness is essential, enabling tasks such as lifting over 30kg and standing for extended periods, in a fast-paced environment. This position is self-employed, with compensation and contracts discussed separately.
