La posizione
The position involves effectively communicating with customers via phone, email, chat, and text message. The employee will provide solutions based on product knowledge and process orders using various computer programs. Shipping and receiving duties are part of daily responsibilities, alongside assisting with customer service issues. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of relevant experience and be proficient with computer software. Strong critical thinking, multitasking ability, organisation, and a positive attitude are essential. Prior industry experience is considered an advantage.
