Responsibilities include shaping the game’s systems, guiding other team members, and overseeing features from conception to live operation, with an emphasis on balance, monetisation, and player experience. Strong communication skills and a deep understanding of mobile game design, live ops, and player behaviour are essential. Experience in system design, live game management, and knowledge of Unity are preferred.
