Industrial Engineer – Basingstoke

The Industrial Engineer supports daily departmental operations through participation in Preventative Maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems. They identify efficiencies, implement improvements, and maintain relations with various engineering teams. Responding promptly to breakdowns and providing updates is essential, as is completing effective preventative maintenance. The role requires technical skills in electrical and mechanical systems, with a minimum of five years' FMCG experience. Formal qualifications are mandatory, and additional certifications like HACCP and Food Safety are advantageous. The position involves working a 4 days on, 4 days off shift pattern within a manufacturing environment.
