Human Resources Manager

Reports to: CHRO, dotted line to General Manager

Direct Reports: None

Responsibilities:

* Provide HR services to two business entities in Colorado and Florida, with 15% travel to Florida.
* Develop and implement HR strategies to support talent acquisition, talent growth, and development.
* Manage HRIS system administration, benefits, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, and compliance.
* Facilitate employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
* Administer payroll, timekeeping, and compensation administration.
* Ensure compliance with federal and state labor and wage laws.
* Develop and maintain company culture.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in HR, with 2+ years in a generalist or business partner role.
* Proficiency in HRIS system administration, benefits, talent acquisition, and compensation.
* Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Fluency in English and Spanish.
* Strong knowledge of federal and state labor and wage laws.
* Ability to travel 15% of the time.
