Own end-to-end lifecycle: retrieval, ranking, re-ranking, experimentation, and multi-objective optimization.
Drive adoption of LLMs and foundation models in recommendation and user modeling.
Champion AI-native development practices, tooling, and engineering processes to improve velocity and reliability.
Provide technical leadership across product, infra, and data teams, shaping architecture and strategy.
Mentor and grow teams, turning ambiguous problems into scalable, maintainable solutions that align with business goals.
