Le poste
As an ICQA Data Analyst, you will generate cross-site reports from multi-site data to identify root causes of inventory defects and stock adjustments.
You will measure the quality and integrity of inventory transactions while providing actionable feedback to operations.
Plan and identify root causes of stock deviations through cause-and-effect analysis.
Compile data and generate reports with visuals (diagrams, charts) to present analyses.
Review customer defect data and develop action plans to reduce defects; develop data collection processes and data management systems.
Collaborate with Inbound, Outbound and Inventory Control to build analytical tools, drill into data to determine root causes, support decision-making, and present results to stakeholders to improve FC-level quality.
