Le poste
A Technical Estimator in Dale Abbey evaluates project scope, prepares accurate estimates and tenders, and manages supplier engagement for infrastructure inspections. The role involves developing risk registers, project programmes, and operational plans, while collaborating with operational teams, clients, and the supply chain. Candidates need experience in engineering or project management within infrastructure, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The position combines home-based work with office days at Manchester or Ilkeston. Responsibilities also include presenting commercial estimates, recording bid data, and supporting contract handovers. It requires a Level 3 qualification in Engineering, Surveying, or Project Management, IOSH Managing Safely, and a UK driving licence.
