Le poste
Seeking a Corporate Associate with 3+ years of relevant experience to join a leading Albany-based firm on a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating merger agreements and related closing documents, and preparing corporate organizational documents and LLC agreements.
Draft and negotiate general commercial contracts, and support debt financing transactions including commitment letters, loan agreements, and security documents.
Participate on deal teams, manage due diligence, and oversee processes from initial documents through closing and post-closing matters.
Demonstrate excellent time management, legal research, and drafting skills with a professional presence and client-facing capabilities.
Contribute to mentoring and development of law students and junior attorneys within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
