Le poste
Lead the team responsible for the operational excellence of a worldwide ML-based pricing model. Ensure the pricing model remains accurate, reliable, and continuously optimized to align with business goals. Oversee continuous model retraining to reflect market and competitive dynamics. Drive cross-functional collaboration between data science, engineering, and business teams; design and run A/B tests of pricing strategies. Establish robust model monitoring, incident management, and risk mitigation protocols. Mentor and develop team members while promoting a culture of learning and high performance.
