El puesto
Lead and coordinate hospitality, lifestyles, and housekeeping services within a luxury care home to deliver exceptional resident experiences.
Direct and develop the Hospitality, Lifestyles and Housekeeping teams, ensuring high standards and person-centred care.
Partner with Client Relations to plan and run resident-focused events that enhance wellbeing and community.
Oversee dining operations and dining spaces to maintain premium standards of service and presentation.
Ensure cleanliness and safety across the home, including resident laundry, with efficient processes.
This full-time role requires 40 hours per week, including one weekend in six, with prior hospitality experience and strong people and organisational skills.
