Principal AI Engineer

The Principal AI Engineer is responsible for leading the technical strategy, design, and implementation of advanced AI and ML solutions within a legal or professional services setting. The role involves managing and motivating a team of IT professionals, collaborating with stakeholders to align AI use cases with business outcomes, and ensuring the delivery of scalable AI architectures. The engineer will oversee the full lifecycle of AI solutions including model development, validation, and deployment, whilst driving continuous improvement initiatives.
