Sr Staff Data Engineer

Lead complex data engineering programs and deliver scalable architectures and pipelines for multi-PB datasets to enable decision-making. Define data structures, taxonomies, and governance standards to enable data standardization and cross-functional use. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify data-driven opportunities for business growth and efficiency; define data strategy for credit-related data products and align with enterprise data management initiatives. Mentor data engineers, write clean, scalable code, and enforce engineering excellence; treat data as a product. Integrate privacy-by-design principles and regulatory compliance into all data solutions. Drive adoption of data products using a metrics-based approach and partner across teams to design scalable, cross-organization data infrastructure.
