The role involves analysing business processes, translating needs into structured requirements, and working within Agile frameworks to ensure incremental delivery. They support the release and operation of analytical products, ensuring clarity of ownership and issue resolution routes. The position requires knowledge of business analysis methods, experience with data and analytical tools such as Power BI, and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
